Distinctive and quite broad with a smooth, mineral character to the palate, which is textured and has a lovely mouthfeel. Notes of nuts, pear and even nectarine, but despite the richness there is restraint here. Really fine and focused.
This is aromatic with a pear, peach and spice nose. There’s lovely depth on the palate, which is richly textured and spicy, showing fig, pear and peach notes. Very bold and full.
Very broad and ambitious. Not at all mealy or buttery. Quite different from most Canadian Chardonnays – denser but also racy and lively.
Very attractive buttery nose. Full-bodied but fresh and silky, with tingling acidity. Good length, with flavour that builds on the finish. Savoury and textural.
